A man is accused of having raped a 13-year-old girl in Huddinge south of Stockholm in April. The girl was on her way to school on the morning of April 25, when she was attacked by a man who was masked and rode a motorcycle.
The man, who is in his 20s, was arrested three days later. The police had found tracks that gave two hits in the agency’s DNA register. More detailed tests returned hits on the now suspected man, who, according to Aftonbladet, has previously been convicted of violent and sexual offences.
The man has admitted crime. Prosecutions for rape against children are raised on Tuesday and the trial is expected to start in July, announces the Stockholm police.
